This firm works to provide military and civilian clients of all backgrounds with personal attention at an affordable price. We are dedicated to our clients, assisting them through a range of cases that utilize our vast experiences, knowledge, and state-of-the-art technology.

Our attorney is Ken David. His focus and philosophy is to provide only the highest quality legal representation to our civilian and military clients.

Ken David retired from the Air Force as a lieutenant colonel with a broad range of experience as an enlisted member, a rated officer, and a judge advocate (JAG).

:: He served as an instructor navigator in EC/KC-135 tankers, a weapons systems officer (WSO) in RF-4s in the Nebraska Air National Guard for six years, and a JAG for the last 13 years of his career.

:: Ken served as a chief prosecutor twice and once as area defense counsel (ADC) where he was rated the top ADC in the western circuit of the United States.

:: He has years of experience in courts-martial and administrative discharge boards.

::Mr. David brought his experience as a military aviator to work in the Air Force headquarters of aviation claims based in Arlington, Virginia.

:: He also represented the Air Force in worldwide personal injury, admiralty claims, and property claims brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). The Air Force then selected him to attend the #1 ranked trial advocacy program in the country at Temple University in Philadelphia. He graduated with honors from Temple with a Masters in Law (LL.M.) degree in Trial Advocacy.

:: Ken then worked at the Air Force JAG School in Montgomery, Alabama as the Chief of Criminal Law, the Chief of Civil Law, and as Acting Deputy Commandant where he taught both new and experienced lawyers from all military branches about how to successfully try criminal cases.

:: He also co-authored “The Military Commander and the Law”, the Air Force’s manual about criminal and civil law used by commanders worldwide and redesigned the Air Force JAG School’s trial advocacy program attended by experienced military lawyers. Since retiring from the Air Force, Ken has practiced a variety of different types of law, opening his own law firm in 2005.
